Al-Mojal International began in 2016 with a small office in Mandi Bahauddin and one conviction: that a family should not have to gamble its savings to send someone abroad.

We are a licensed Overseas Employment Promoter. That licence is not decoration. It means our demand letters are verified, our candidates clear the protector process properly, and every rupee a worker pays is receipted and accounted for. Workers who deal with unlicensed agents have no recourse when a job turns out not to exist. Workers who deal with us do.

On the employer side, we do the unglamorous work that decides whether a deployment succeeds: sourcing from the trades you actually asked for, testing skills before you see a CV, and preparing documents that pass first time at the embassy.

Today we recruit for nine countries across six industries, from construction crews in the Gulf to care staff in the United Kingdom. The office has grown. The rule has not changed.

What we hold ourselves to

Four commitments

The job exists

We only advertise vacancies backed by a verified, attested demand letter. If we cannot verify it, we do not post it.

The cost is written down

Every charge is government-notified, explained before payment and receipted afterwards. No cash without paper.

The skill is tested

Trade tests happen before shortlisting, so employers get what the CV claims and workers are not sent to fail.

The route is legal

Protector clearance, attestation and visa stamping in the proper order. No shortcuts that put a worker at risk abroad.

Hiring from Pakistan, or looking for work abroad?
